I'm Brent Richardson, founder of Prime Cost Partners.
I spent more than 25 years in hospitality and operations, leading teams, managing budgets, controlling costs, building systems and solving the everyday problems that come with running a business.
That experience taught me that business problems rarely exist on their own. Your numbers affect your decisions. Your systems affect your people. Your website affects your customers. It all connects.
That's why I started PCP — to give small-business owners practical support across more of their business, without needing a different company for everything.
Outside of work, you'll usually find me watching soccer, exploring food and wine, travelling when I can, or spending time with my family and dog.
